My Experience
I have 25 years in the banking and finance industry and have been licensed for over 14 years. Being in the business for so long and meeting people from all walks of life showed me that financial education is needed in all communities. Teaching others how to enhance their lives and the lives of their loved ones became my passion and I started going to elementary schools, high schools, colleges, vocational schools and other community programs to educate the community. I created The Initiative Inc program out of necessity to empower convicted felons and people who are struggling to overcome addiction. People that society has seemed to turn their backs on but it has since evolved into so much more. The Initiative has become a financial and social rehabilitation program for everyone who needs it. The Initiative Inc was designed to empower you and outfit you with the tools that are needed to succeed not only with personal and business finances but also your social and career path.
